Insulation Upgrade - If your current insulation is in good condition The Attic Doctors will inspect and add additional baffles as necessary for proper air flow. Then we will add additional blown in insulation to achieve the prescribed R-Value.
Air Seal Upgrade - The Attic Doctors will identify and seal all the hidden leaks that are comprising your homes efficiency. All the recessed lights and electrical penetrations will be sealed with fire rated foam. This is labor intensive but dramatically improves the energy efficiency and overall comfort of your home. Insulation upgrade is included in this service.
Total Attic Upgrade - This service includes both the Insulation upgrade and the Air Seal upgrade but goes even further. With the Total Attic upgrade the Attic Doctors will completely remove all of your existing attic insulation, including rodent remains and potential fire hazards that are currently in your attic.
